I had never attempted a digital book before.There were a couple of times I found the instructions a bit difficult to navigate. However, overall it was an interesting experience and one I will repeat in the future. The quality is excellent. MIlK Books kept me apprised of all aspects of completion and shipment. The book is perfect. The quality and the presentation are perfect.

The steps on the website are easy to follow, I didn’t realise the book was coming from Hong Kong and would take a while to arrive, but wasn’t an issue for me as I wasn’t in a hurry. The tracking information is clear and constant, and it arrived all as it should with no issues along the way at all. I was a bit unclear whether I would have to pay import tax to the UK, but I did not. I was really impressed with the quality of the materials used and love my wedding album! Would recommend.

Beautiful quality albums and easy to put to put the book together.
We were quotes over $2000 from our wedding photographers to put a weeding album together. We were able to put our 48 page photo album together in under half that price. It was such a lovely experience looking at our photos, shortlisting and putting the album together ourselves, with our own personal touch. Would highly recommend.

I made a milk book for our wedding photos and I am in awe of the quality of the finished product! The linen cover is so sturdy and the quality of the paper and color are phenomenal. The paper is thick and substantial - makes every page turn feel so smooth and satisfying! It really looks like a high end coffee table book! I’m so glad I chose milk books to make our wedding photo book. Although the price tag is quite hefty, I do think it’s worth it. Make sure to take advantage of their first book 20% discount and they do send promotional emails every so often!

MILK is the best custom book design company I have tried to date! Their modern and minimalist approach to design and great customer service is the reason I chose to use this design platform and company for our wedding album. We ordered the 'wedding magazine'; it arrived quicker than the anticipated timeline and was of incredible quality!! Will be ordering from them again soon!

The quality is amazing and the cover gives off such a professional feel. It’s a perfect gift, keepsake or to reminisce on major events in your life. I love the idea of displaying it and everyone looking through it when they visit.

The quality of the book far exceeded my expectations. Even low res pictures are super. It looks and feels like a lovely book. I wish there was a little more space for writing captions underneath but I will definitely use Milk again.

High quality product. Only improvements would be in the software to layout the book. Make the cover page easier to format. Create more page templates with photos and text. The text would not paste in from a word doc correctly and had to be re-formatted.

We just received our wedding album from Milk books and it is such a beautiful memory of our day. The paper is thick and expensive and the front cover is a beautiful leather - couldn’t recommend them more!

The website was so easy to use both on mobile and desktop. I loved that on desktop I could link everything straight to Dropbox where all my images were stored which meant there wasn’t any issues with quality or anything. I couldn’t quite figure out how to connect Dropbox on my mobile but was happy to save all the images from Dropbox to my gallery and go that way. Shipping was so quick - this was my 3rd time ordering and it’s always 2 weeks or less and packed soooo beautifully and safe.

I love how easy and intuitive making albums is with Milk Books ! And they always provide such quality products that I use for clients, and I’ve been using them for years and years. The consistency is huge! And I’m always delighted at the outcome.

Good service accurate turn around, did find the website somewhat un -user friendly for instance had trouble logging in and no special editing features like cropping or colour /filter features.
Found a small defect with part of the inner cover page needing a little more glue as it has popped up.

Arrived on time and meeted expectations. Photos have great clarity with vibrant, but not over saturated colours, exactly as edited. The book itself, cover, binding and paper has a prestigious feel to it, exactly what I wanted to showcase photos from a wedding.

Absolutely THRILLED with our photo book from Milk. We took lots of time to organise the photos to ensure the album was exactly what we wanted, and when our order arrived we were blown away by the quality of the materials and printing. It is the best coffee table book we ever could have dreamed of and well worth the money! Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

I was so excited to receive my wedding album. It took me 6 months to finalize the album because I was so particular about the layout and photos selected to display for a lifetime. Much to my surprise, upon opening the album so many of our photos printed so pixelated! Grainy is the best word to describe. I ensured that these were high-quality photos - received directly from our wedding photographer, there is nothing wrong with the files - only with MILK and their sub-par printing services. I am so upset given I spent so much money on the most premium printed album to ensure the quality would match the high-end photos. This is so upsetting!! I do not recommend MILK given the poor experience we have had. I wish we would have known that the photos would appear so grainy. In all the proof processes, this was not flagged and the photos looked super clear. So disappointing.

Wow, an experience!!! Best money we have spent. After investing so much time and money into our wedding, it only made sense to house those memories in such a beautiful timeless keepsake. Something to pass on for generations. The quality is insane. The shipping was fast, and the design process easy. Could not recommend this enough, will be ordering more asap
