The website was so easy to use both on mobile and desktop. I loved that on desktop I could link everything straight to Dropbox where all my images were stored which meant there wasn’t any issues with quality or anything. I couldn’t quite figure out how to connect Dropbox on my mobile but was happy to save all the images from Dropbox to my gallery and go that way. Shipping was so quick - this was my 3rd time ordering and it’s always 2 weeks or less and packed soooo beautifully and safe.

Arrived on time and meeted expectations. Photos have great clarity with vibrant, but not over saturated colours, exactly as edited. The book itself, cover, binding and paper has a prestigious feel to it, exactly what I wanted to showcase photos from a wedding.

Absolutely THRILLED with our photo book from Milk. We took lots of time to organise the photos to ensure the album was exactly what we wanted, and when our order arrived we were blown away by the quality of the materials and printing. It is the best coffee table book we ever could have dreamed of and well worth the money! Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

We ordered our honeymoon album through Milk and were most impressed by two things. The user interface was so easy to use to make the book that it was a pleasure to use! Far better than competitors we had tried. Also the printer quality is as good as it gets. Well worth it for the binding quality and print quality.

I read reviews before ordering and it came highly rated but for a $600 book the photos printed were all grainy and not crisp. Very disappointed in the outcome compared to $100 books from Minted I ordered for family members that were so much better quality

I’ve gotten three MILK books (2 photo books, 1 photo album) and each one is unique in its own way. You can tell there’s genuine care taken to make each one, the printing is brilliant and sharp, and flipping through each book is like looking at something surprising even though I put hours into making it. The books arrive very carefully packaged, and the shipping is fast from New Zealand to the US. Customer service has also always been very quick and helpful, which is rare these days! Overall, I’m very happy with MILK, and couldn’t imagine using any other publisher. Hopefully when I’m 80, I’ll still be savoring the pages, and the memories contained!

I bought a friend a photo book of her wedding for her birthday. The whole process was surprisingly easy and beautiful. All of the notes about photo resolution size and what photos work best and what types of pages were super helpful! The book itself is BEAUTIFUL and I am definitely sold on buying one for my own wedding!! All of the pages are crisp, and all of the photos are exceptionally clear. The book was shipped and received much quicker than estimated. I could not be happier with this book!
